Green screen photography is a faster photo day process!
We’ve completely streamlined photo day with our brand-new green screen setup! Now, we can capture both individual and a photo for the at the same time — saving you time and keeping the day running smoothly. That means less waiting around and more time for your team to focus on the game or practice.
📸 Every athlete gets a personalized photo experience using our secure QR code system. Once photographed, each player receives a photo sheet with a direct link to their private gallery — including any photos taken with teammates. It’s fast, safe, and super easy for families to view and purchase images online!

The Perfect Photo day
When we arrive at your school or field, we come prepared to impress. Our team sets up a complete photo station designed for both individual and team portraits. This professional setup ensures your athletes get top-quality photos — and the entire process is fast, efficient, and stress-free. ✅ Professional setup ✅ Smooth, organized workflow ✅ In and out in no time! We make photo day something to look forward to!
Schedule
We begin with scheduling your photo day dates and times well in advance allowing coaches and players to be properly prepared.
Templates
We then will create custom templates using your team colors and logos if available. Each team gets their own branded template.
30 min arrival
We ask that all teams arrive 30 mins prior to the scheduled photo time to ensure everyone is there when it is time to start taking photos!
Delivery
Your finished photos will be delivered within 3 weeks of the photo day. Talk to us about our various delivery methods!
The Perfect Pose Every Time
We pay attention to each athlete and give them one on one attention for their photos! We also use our Pick-A-Pose system to give them a choice of poses from the most popular poses so they don't have to come up with something on the spot! This way each player is unique and you get a different pose every time! Using the Pick-A-Pose charts at the photo shoot makes this an easy and fast process.
The Perfect Team Photo
With our on location green screen technology we can photograph each player individually and then create the virtual team back in our design studio! This is great for many reasons! This allows us to take all of the player and coach photos ahead of your team cuts, then when you finalize your roster we can remove those players from the list and then build your final team photo. No more retakes due to a changing roster!
