New wedding section coming soon.

Wedding photography is an art form in itself. It’s a very emotional time for everyone involved and that emotion is what I strive to capture. My goal is to provide you with a visual story of your special day in true photojournalistic style. I place myself where the action is and anticipate the next move. It’s known as reactionary photography and it results in natural, realistic images…not staged, say “cheese” shots. Weddings are such an important and happy time in a person’s life. It is truly an honor when someone trusts us with his or her once in a lifetime event. Our objective is not merely to document the event but to capture the emotion behind it. After all, the images you cherish should be just as powerful and exciting as the love you share with each other.

I'm passionately committed to documenting your wedding in as much richness of detail as possible without interrupting or taking attention away from your special day. I look to you to let me know what you want, but I always put my many years of wedding photography experience to work so you have a wonderful, trouble-free experience.

We are now booking events & weddings for the 2011 season and we also have a few remaining dates for this upcoming summer. Our packages all include Monty and an assistant. We would love to talk to you about your wedding plans and what you have envisioned to make your memories unforgettable.  Available for travel anywhere in the world!!  We can be reached at 207.990.3456. We look forward to meeting you!!

Recently, Real Maine Weddings magazine picked one of our images over hundreds of others to be showcased as a "Masterful Moment". We are honored to be recognized by such a fantastic magazine. It's always amazing to be appreciated and showcased. THANK YOU!!

Wedding Information

Great images deserved to be showcased in Great albums. We prefer Renaissance albums to display our photography. Renaissance albums are crafted by hand. There are no large machines nor computer controlled assembley line in their factory, just generations of artisan craftmanship.

Pay attention to the details that define each book. Feel how the material is carefully handled and wrapped. See how each corner is folded meticulously in a certain way. Experience the hours of dedication that it takes to creat a single album.

Things To Consider When Choosing a Wedding Photographer:-test

Experience Level - Has this person photographed other weddings? Does he/she do this for a living or for fun?
Photographic Style - Are the images that you are shown, what you would like to see? There are "buzz" words flying about everywhere about photojournalism, formal, classic candid, and so on. Do you want a mixture of black and white or only colour photos?
Truth in Advertising - Is this the photographer that will be photographing your wedding or will they send in whomever is available. Don't be shocked, this happens more often than you can imagine. Be certain that you know which photographer is going to be there and that you see HIS/HER work and meet with that individually face to face.
Personality - Is the photographer that you meet someone that you can get along with? Is the "chemistry" there?
