Q: How long are your photos available for purchase on-line?
A: Events are on-line for 1 month. If we need to re-publish an event, there is a $25 fee. This fee is credited back towards any purchase you make.
Q: What’s the difference between your photos on Online storefront and your image Galleries?
A: Our online storefront is where we sell our images from events. Our image galleries are our on-line portfolio and include some of our favorite images from our photography events including sports and weddings as well as portraits, stock and scenic photos we shoot.
Q: I’m looking to see if you have a particular photo for a brochure, website or promo piece I’m working on. Where do I start?

. We can find a time to get together and go over our extensive library of images. We may already have the perfect image in our library, but if we don't we sure can create it for you.
Q: My local youth sports team is in need of a photographer, how do we hire you?

Q: How far do you travel to cover tournaments?
A: We’ve been known to travel throughout New England for events.
Q: I need to order a re-print of a photo, is this possible?
A: All of our images are archived to DVD and can be re-ordered at any time. Just give us a call at 207-990-3456.
Q: How much notice do you need to schedule a tournament or event?
A: The more notice you give us the better. We’re already booking tournaments for next season’s sports and the weekends fill up fast. However, feel free to make a last minute request – it might just workout.
Q: Do you charge to photograph events?
A: No, unlike other studios, we don’t charge a fee to be at events. All of our events are done a speculative basis. We will come to your event, set up the computers and photograph the event.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: ost orders are delivered in 1-2 weeks, but some have shipped in a matter of days.
Q: How many photographers do you have?
A: We currently have 3 photographers on staff. This allows for more coverage at tournaments making sure all the teams are photographed and nobody is left out.
Q: What kinds of digital products do you offer?
A: We have numerous digital products to choose from. We offer magazine covers, Trader cards, magnets, collages, inspirational prints, buttons and enhanced Wallet prints. All of our templates for our digital products are custom designed to give your photos a personalized look and feel. Check out our products section for samples.
Q: Do you print photos on-site?
A: No. We do this because we prefer to offer our customers the best product possible. No matter how good the photographer is, all images need to be sharpened, color corrected and occasionally cropped. It would be almost impossible to do all these image enhancements for the large volume of orders we receive at events on-site.
